Because most of our products and services are digital and delivered electronically, all sales are generally final. However, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. Below is our detailed Return & Refund Policy:

Digital Products (eBooks, Templates, Guides, Downloadables)

• Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges once a digital download has been purchased and delivered.
• If you experience issues accessing or downloading your file, please contact us at 2SC@sunstateconsult.com, and we’ll assist you promptly.

Custom Services (Grant Narrative Writing, Research Services, Consulting Hours)

• Custom work (including grant writing, funding searches, and consulting services) is non-refundable once work has begun.
• If you wish to cancel a service before work has started, please email us within 24 hours of placing your order at 2SC@sunstateconsult.com for a possible full or partial refund.
• Any dissatisfaction with completed work must be reported within 7 days of delivery, and we will work with you in good faith to address reasonable concerns.

Subscription Services (Monthly Grant Search Packages, Membership Plans)

• Subscription services can be canceled at any time.
• Cancellations apply to the next billing cycle. No refunds are provided for past billing periods.
• To cancel your subscription, please email us at 2SC@sunstateconsult.com at least 3 business days before your next billing date.

Exceptional Circumstances

We’re a small business and we value your satisfaction. If you believe your situation qualifies for an exception to this policy, please contact us at 2SC@sunstateconsult.com with your order number and details. We will review requests on a case-by-case basis.
